Orin Boyd is the toughest and smartest cop in the whole world, this is obviously not accepted in the force so he gets transferred to the worst precinct in Detroit (I thought they we're all bad). Here he discovers that the entire police force is corrupt, and along with bad guy Latrell Walker(who so obviously is not a bad guy, but a sweet and gentle, but hard-assed millionaire who is fighting crime to free his brother from prison!?), he decides to do something about it blowing up the whole city in the process.

Watching Exit wounds for more than 30 min. is akin to being booted in the testicles while waiting at the dentist to have root canal surgery.
