In Niagara Falls and New York three people have been killed by darts dipped in venom. Before the assassin can be arrested he is killed by a car. Sheila's sister Diana has disappeared, but the assassin carried an 8mm film (they all carry these in Cannibal flicks!), with Diana's name and address on it. It seems that Diana has fallen into the hands of Jonas and his purification sect in New Guinea. With the help of Nam veteran Mark, Sheila sets out into cannibal territory in search of her sister (bad call!).

Umberto Lenzi must be one sick fucker, there's a lot of nasty movies out there and this is definately one of the worst.
