Dawn of the dead, director's cut
(1978)
Director: George A. Romero
Starring: David Emge, Ken Foree, Gaylen Ross
our comment. "They're dead, you freak!"
Romero's gruesome sequel is in part a parody of his masterpiece "Night of the living dead", and in part a sardonic satire on consumerism. The recently dead are still walking around feeding on the flesh of the living.

Our four heroes attempt to block the horror out by barricading themselves in a shopping mall. It all goes pretty well untill a pack of bikers decide to go shopping. This is a true touch of genious, a horror classi... case solved!

Violence: 10/10 - Not for the faint hearted, but never grim. A zillion flesheaters can't go wrong.

Nudity: 0/10 - They're dead, you freak.

Coolness: 10/10 - This film makes "Reservoir dogs" look mediocre

Skid-marks: 6/10 - Burning that famous rubber inside a shopping mall, but sadly no one to chase
