When a serial killer falls into a coma before his last victim can be found, a child therapist (Mrs. Daddy) must use an experimental treatment to enter his mind (ahem) and learn his secrets before it's too late. The visually haunting world threatens her very existence when she becomes trapped by the terror inside. So a bunch of F.B.I agents must follow her into the killers mind,(O.K so there's only one, but my idea would have been way cooler) and try to rescue her from being trapped inside a nightmare mind forever.
A very boring and predictable film with characters you don't really care much for. Watch out for the scene where Lopez watches Tv and René Laloux's "Fantastic planet" is showing, this animated piece of crap from 1973 has one of the most repulsive messages in film history. A coincidence or a secret handshake?
Investigation finished: 2001-01-24
Story: 0/10 - A sort of mix between "Silence of the lambs" and "Nightmare on Elm street", but very artsy and incoherent. Basically as much fun as being invited out for free drinks and they only serve Hooch.
Acting: 1/10 - I don't know what I hate the most; Ms.Lopez's acting career or her singing career. Vince Vaughn was last years miscast.
Violence: 4/10 - Nothing you haven't seen a million times before.
Nudity: 0/10 - Puff Daddy was on the set to make sure she didn't take her rags off. Bummer!
Coolness: 0/10 - The DVD version has a brain map and an empathy test, now how dumb is that?
...a litle something from our surveilance?
