What lies beneath
(2000)
Director: Robert Zemeckis
Starring: Harrison Ford, Michelle Pfeiffer, Diana Scarwid, James Remar
our comment. "...an o.k way to spend two hours..."
When Claire Spencer begins seeing ghostly images and hearing mysterious voices in their home(hell, don’t we all), her husband Norman suspects it’s just her imagination – until the images turn real. The ghost of a young girl who killed herself because of her love for Norman is out to uncover the truth and to scare a few people in the process.

This is a quite good psychological thriller with a lot of scary moments, the ending is a bit too much but then again they almost always are!

Story: 7/10 - A cross between "Fatal attraction" And "Ghost", but don’t let that scare you, it's actually quite good.

Acting: 9/10 - It’s refreshing to see Ford playing an unsympathetic bastard for once.

Violence: 1/10 - From the director of "Back to the future" and "Who framed Roger Rabbitt", I think not.

Nudity: 0/10 - It would probably be a totally different movie starring Jill Kelly and Peter North.

Coolness: 5/10 - It’s an o.k way to spend two hours, but the ending is not as shocking as they say it is.
