Basket case is about a young man who was born with a Siamese twin attached to his side. At an early age, the monstrous twin was surgically removed but lived to deeply resent his cut-off day. His normal-looking brother goes to New York, carrying a large basket wherever he goes. In the basket is the hideous twin (he ain't heavy, he's my brother). Neither brother can rest until they avenge their surgical separation by killing the doctors responsible.

A perfect example of a low-budget horror film with plenty of gore and weirdo humor, in other words: a classic.

Coolness: 7/10 - Be sure to get the uncut version, the one that's cut is very uncool.
