our comment. "Movies with a 'message' suck!"
When two Eastern European criminals decide that the fastest route to fame and fortune in the U.S. is infamy, they embark on a vicious, headline-grabbing killing rampage. Hot on their trail are veteran homicide detective and a young arson investigator. Against a frenzied backdrop of tabloid TV and justice gone mad, they are drawn into the killers' explosive game of cat and mouse as the mean streets of New York erupt into a battlefield.

Not as bad as Natural born killers, but still far from good. The two killers are the most annoying pair of criminals ever put on celluloid.

Story: 2/10 - Movies with a "message" suck!

Acting: 7/10 - It's strange how Robert de Niro can make a lousy movie seem interesting.

Violence: 5/10 - Some crude stuff, but nothing too graphic.

Nudity: 4/10 - Some poor hooker gets to undress before she's offed.

Coolness: 0/10 - The only cool thing about this film is de Niro, and he dies half-way through it. Go figure.
